पीरियड्स के दौरान हारमोंस चेंज होने लगते हैं. ऐसे में महिलाओं में कई सारे बदलाव देखे जाते हैं। पीरियड्स आने के पहले और बाद में महिलाओं को चिड़चिड़ापन, कमर दर्द, पेट दर्द, घबराहट जैसी दिक्कत होती है. इसके साथ ही बॉडी के अंदर भी कई हार्मोनल बदलाव देखे जाते हैं. पीरियड्स आना एक नेचुरल प्रोसेस है, जो हर महीने आता है. ऐसे में अधिकतर लड़कियों के फेस पर पिंपल्स होने की समस्या देखी गई है. पीरियड शुरू होने के कुछ दिन पहले से ही लड़कियों को चेहरे पर छोटी-छोटी फुंसियां होने लगती है। ऐसा हार्मोनल बदलाव के कारण होता है।
लेकिन इसके और भी कारण हो सकते हैं. पीरियड्स के दौरान शरीर में सूजन बढ़ जाता है. जो स्किन को लाल और चिड़चिड़ी बनता है जिससे पिंपल्स होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है. इसके अलावा एंड्रोजन नाम का हार्मोन बॉडी में बढ़ जाता है, जिससे भी पिंपल्स हो सकते हैं. पीरियड शुरू होने से पहले एस्ट्रोजन और प्रोजेस्टेरोन का स्तर गिर जाता है इससे स्किन पर लाल फुंसियां होने लगती है। इसके अलावा पीरियड्स के टाइम पर स्ट्रेस बढऩे लगता है, इससे भी फुंसियां हो सकती है।
इन बातों का रखें ध्यान
यही नहीं पीरियड्स आने से महिलाओं की दिनचर्या में भी काफी बदलाव आ जाता है. जिससे वह समय पर ना ठीक से खा पाती है, ना नींद ले पाती है। इसलिए भी पिंपल्स होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है। कुछ महिलाएं पीरियड्स के दौरान ऐसा खाना खाती है, जो उन्हें नहीं खाना चाहिए जैसे कि जंक फूड, फास्ट फूड या शराब पीना। इसलिए महिलाओं को पीरियड्स के पहले और थोड़े दिन बाद तक संतुलित आहार ही खाना चाहिए।
पीरियड्स में पेट दर्द एक आम समस्या है. इस दौरान कुछ महिलाएं दर्द की गोलियों का सेवन करती है. इन गोली की वजह से भी पिंपल्स हो सकते हैं। इसके अलावा पीरियड्स में महिलाएं चिड़चिड़ी हो जाती है, जिससे वह समय पर फेस की केयर नहीं कर पाती है। इस वजह से भी उन्हें पिंपल्स हो सकते हैं।
