नैनीताल। उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालय को नैनीताल से अन्यत्र स्थानांतरित करने पर अधिवक्ता व आमजन की राय के लिए हाईकोर्ट से नोटिस जारी कर दिया गया है। कोर्ट ने वेबसाइट भी खोल दी है। मंगलवार से इसकी शुरुआत हुई। पता चला है कि कई अधिवक्ताओं ने वेबसाइट www.highcourtofuttarakhand.gov.in पर अपनी राय भी देनी शुरू कर दी है।
इसमें हाईकोर्ट को नैनीताल से अन्यत्र स्थानांतरित किए जाने के विषय पर अपनी स्पष्ट राय/विचार को हां, या नहीं यानी पक्ष या विपक्ष में साझा करना है। आगामी 31 मई तक साइट खुली रहेगी। बता दें कि हाईकोर्ट ने स्पेशल अपील पर बीती 8 मई को हाईकोर्ट की बेंच को ऋषिकेश स्थानांतरित करने के लिए जमीन खोजने के आदेश दिए थे।
