बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन की बसों व गाड़ियों को तत्काल रोकने तथा वापस भेजने के निर्देश
मुख्य सचिव ने कहा, यात्रा के सम्बन्ध में फेक न्यूज व वीडियो बनाने वालों के खिलाफ कठोर एक्शन हो
देहरादून। चारधाम यात्रा का दुष्प्रचार करने वाले व यात्रा के सम्बन्ध में फेक न्यूज या वीडियो बनाने वालों के खिलाफ कठोर वैधानिक कार्यवाही की जाएगी। बुधवार को चारधाम यात्रा प्रबन्धन की समीक्षा के दौरान मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने कहा कि फेक न्यूज या वीडियो के माध्यम से यात्रा को बदनाम करने वाले तत्वों के विरूद्ध तत्काल एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई जाएगी। बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं ट्रिप कार्ड या पोस्ट डेटेड रजिस्ट्रेशन की बसों एवं गाड़ियों के यात्रामार्ग पर संचालन पर कड़ा रूख अपनाते हुए सीएस श्रीमती रतूड़ी ने ऐसे बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन की बसों व गाड़ियों को तत्काल रोकने तथा वापस भेजने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
इसके साथ ही मुख्य सचिव ने परिवहन विभाग को टूर ऑपरेटर्स के साथ बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन, बिना ट्रिप कार्ड या पोस्ट डेटेड रजिस्ट्रेशन के वाहनों के मुद्दे पर बैठक करने निर्देश दिए हैं। बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन वाले वाहनों को जगह-जगह पर स्थापित चेक पॉइन्टस पर चिन्हित कर उचित कार्यवाही की जाएगी। इस सम्बन्ध में मुख्य सचिव द्वारा अन्य राज्यों के मुख्य सचिवों एवं पुलिस महानिदेशकों को भी पत्र भेजा जाएगा।
श्रद्धालुओं की समस्याओं के मौके पर ही त्वरित निवारण के दृष्टिगत मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने अधिकारियों को अपने मोबाइल पर प्राप्त किसी भी श्रद्धालु की शिकायत पर तत्काल उचित कार्यवाही के निर्देश जारी किए हैं। उन्होंने सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को अपने मोबाइल 24 घण्टे खुले रखने तथा यात्रा से सम्बन्धित शिकायतों को अनिवार्यत सुनने के कड़े निर्देश जारी किए हैं।
चारधाम यात्रा के कुशल प्रबन्धन हेतु जिलों में तैनात प्रभारी सचिवों की स्थिति को स्पष्ट करते हुए सीएस श्रीमती रतूड़ी ने कहा है कि प्रभारी सचिव द्वारा सचिवालय से ही जिला प्रशासन एवं जिलाधिकारी आदि के माध्यम से नियमित रूप से यात्रा की मॉनिटरिंग की जाएगी तथा सचिवालय एवं जिला प्रशासन के मध्य प्रभावी समन्वय सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
धामों में बेहतरीन भीड़ व यातायात प्रबन्धन के दृष्टिगत सीएस श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने यात्रामार्ग पर श्रद्धालुओं के सुविधा हेतु जगह-जगह स्थापित हॉल्डिंग प्लेस पर पेयजल, शौचालय तथा भोजन आदि सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं एवं धामों के लाइव टेलीकास्ट की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्य सचिव ने विशेषकर ऋषिकेश नगर निगम को अपने हॉल्डिंग प्लेस में यात्रियों हेतु बेहतरीन सुविधाओं की तत्काल व्यवस्था के निर्देश दिए हैं।
चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले कुछ श्रद्धालुओं द्वारा रजिस्ट्रेशन के दौरान अपनी मेडिकल हिस्ट्री की जानकारी ना देने या गलत जानकारी देने के मामलों को गम्भीरता से लेते हुए मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी स्वास्थ्य विभाग को नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करवाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
उन्होंने 50 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के यात्रियों की हेल्थ स्क्रीनिंग पर विशेष फोकस करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं। सचिव स्वास्थ्य ने जानकारी दी कि इस बार यात्रा रूट पर 184 चिकित्सकों की तैनाती की गई है। इनमें 44 स्पेशलिस्ट डॉक्टर्स हैं। इस बार श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज में कैथ लेब शुरू की गई हैं। कुल 11 भाषाओं में यात्रा सम्बन्धित एसओपी जारी की गई है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से श्रद्धालुओं को स्वास्थ्य जांच से लेकर तमाम सुविधाएं प्रदान की जा रही हैं।
बैठक में पुलिस महानिदेशक अभिनव कुमार, प्रमुख सचिव आर के सुधांशु, कमिश्नर विनय शंकर पाण्डेय, सचिव अरविन्द सिंह हयांकी, सचिन कुर्वे, दिलीप जावलकर सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
